A 20% booking fee is required to secure your date.

We recommend booking your wedding flowers as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Generally 6–9 months in advance, if you need a number especially during peak seasons. However, if you’re planning a last-minute elopement or micro-wedding, we offer flexible and short turnaround times.

Yes, we love supporting local flower farms and always aim to use Australian-grown blooms wherever possible. Choosing seasonal flowers not only supports sustainability but also ensures the best value and freshest quality for your arrangements.

When we visit the flower market, we go with an open heart, selecting beautiful, fresh blooms that feel unique and special. From ruffled and blousy roses to Mel’s beloved cabbage roses, we’re always on the lookout for flowers that bring a touch of surprise and set our designs apart.

Most couples spend between $2,500 and $5,000 on full-service wedding florals. This typically includes the bridal bouquet, 3 x bridesmaid bouquets, buttonholes, ceremony installations, reception floral arrangements and more. See our packages page for more pricing information.

We’ll do our best! If you have your heart set on a particular bloom (say, hydrangeas, lavender bouquet, or peonies), we’ll check availability based on your wedding season. If it’s unavailable, we can suggest a beautiful substitute or work in similar seasonal flowers and colours for a unique and timeless look.

Sometimes a flower you’ve pinned a hundred times just isn’t available when your wedding rolls around. That’s okay, it happens more often than you’d think! The good news is there are several thoughtful and beautiful ways to adapt your floral design.

We might choose a visually similar bloom that evokes the same feel (for example, replacing peonies with ruffled garden roses) or lean into seasonal blooms and lush foliage to create something just as special. 

The key is being flexible and trusting your florist. As a trained floral designer, I’ll guide you through flower alternatives and styling ideas that suit your colour palette, mood and overall look while still reflecting the feel you originally fell in love with.

We offer same-day seasonal flowers in Newcastle and surrounding areas for select items. Orders need to be in before 11am for same day delivery. Need a birthday gift for mum? Of course! We only use fresh flowers in all of our bouquets! Unless you order a dried arrangement, then they are real flowers, dried for you to enjoy for longer.

Water your teacup posy a little each day and keep out of direct sunlight. Please be aware that air-conditioning will dry your flowers out, so please give them a drink to keep them fresh and happy.
